8. Intellectual Property

You retain responsibility for the prompts you submit. AI-generated content may be non-exclusive and similar outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee ownership or copyright protection of generated outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for generated content, user actions, damages, data loss, emotional distress, indirect losses, or consequences resulting from use of the Service. Use at your own risk.
