Welcome to Narra AI ("the Service," "we," "us"). By accessing or using this website and its AI services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• You are legally authorized to access this type of service in your country.
• You understand that AI-generated content may be fictional, sensitive, unpredictable, or, depending on applicable settings and age, explicit.
• You will not use the Service to access content that is not permitted for your age or jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we detect or reasonably believe that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may suspend or delete it.

2. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate responses automatically. Responses may be inaccurate, fictional, offensive, explicit, incomplete, or unpredictable. They do not represent human opinions and do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or mental health advice.

Narra AI is designed for entertainment, creativity, fiction, roleplay, and conversation with AI characters. Do not use the Service for emergencies, critical decisions, or as a substitute for professional care. Use it at your own risk.

3. Processing through AI providers

To generate responses, Narra AI may use its own artificial intelligence models or those of third-party providers, including language model APIs such as DeepSeek or other providers configured by Narra.

This means that content necessary to generate a response may be sent to such technical providers. That content may include:

• the message you write;
• part of the recent conversation history;
• the character description;
• memory, summary, or story context;
• the chat scenario or settings;
• language, declared age, safety filters, and settings needed to apply the Service's rules.

You must not enter passwords, banking details, identity documents, addresses, medical information, data about real minors, confidential information, or sensitive personal data belonging to you or third parties.

Even if content is presented as fiction or roleplay, if you include real personal data, it may be treated as personal data and processed to provide the Service.

4. User responsibility

You agree not to use the Service for:

• illegal activities, harassment, threats, exploitation, or abuse;
• generating, requesting, or sharing illegal sexual content or content involving minors;
• attempting to sexualize minors, people who appear to be minors, or characters portrayed as minors;
• fraudulently impersonating real people;
• publishing third parties' personal data without authorization;
• entering confidential information, passwords, documents, banking details, or sensitive information you do not want processed;
• distributing malware, spam, or abusive automation;
• infringing third-party rights;
• bypassing filters, technical limits, age restrictions, or security systems;
• using the platform in a way that may harm, overload, or abuse the Service.

You are responsible for the prompts you send, the characters you create, and the content you generate or publish.

5. Permitted use of the platform

You may use Narra AI for entertainment, creativity, and conversation with AI characters, provided that:

• You respect other users and the community.
• You do not publish illegal, violent, hateful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
• You do not attempt to bypass technical limits, abuse the API, or automate the Service without authorization.

6. Moderation, filters, and age restrictions

Narra AI may apply automatic filters, age restrictions, classification systems, and moderation to limit, adapt, block, or refrain from generating certain content.

Some features, characters, topics, images, responses, or settings may be restricted based on declared age, jurisdiction, account configuration, applicable filters, or internal Service rules.

Adult or explicit content, where available, is only accessible to users who meet the applicable minimum age and Service conditions. It is prohibited to generate, request, or share sexual content involving minors, exploitation, abuse, real people without consent, or any illegal content.

We may block messages, characters, chats, images, accounts, or features if we believe they violate these Terms or pose a legal, technical, security, or user-protection risk.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response quality, model consistency, or permanent access. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you understand that certain data, including chat messages and context needed to generate responses, may be processed in accordance with that policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, security, AI response generation, payments, analytics, and advertising on the Free plan.

These providers may process data necessary to provide the Service. For example:

• AI providers may receive chat content to generate responses;
• payment providers process information needed for payments and billing;
• infrastructure providers may process technical data needed for security and availability;
• advertising providers may process information needed to display or measure ads, where applicable.

Narra AI does not guarantee permanent availability of third-party providers and may change providers, models, or infrastructure when necessary. We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, or actions caused by third parties.

10. User content and intellectual property

You remain responsible for the content you create (characters, text, permitted images). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content in order to operate the Service.

Narra AI, its brand, design, and software are our property or that of our licensors. AI-generated content may not be exclusive; we do not guarantee copyright protection for outputs.

11. Paid plans

Subscription plans, including Free, Basic, Plus, and Ultra, as well as prices and benefits, are described in the billing section. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase and by the applicable payment provider's terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Narra AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, emotional distress, decisions made based on AI-generated content, or consequences arising from use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that responses are correct, safe, appropriate, consistent, continuous, or error-free.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
