On Status, we publish Narra AI operational status: chat, AI, registration, payments, and other components.

Beta notice

Narra may show a beta notice in the interface. During beta, frequent changes, adjusted limits, or brief interruptions can occur.

AI maintenance

If AI is under maintenance, you will see a message in chat instead of responses. It is not an issue with your account.

Product updates

Feature changes and fixes are announced in Updates.

Report an outage

If status shows "operational" but you still cannot use the service, write to contact@narra.talk with your region and browser.
